REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return policy is simple: you have 30 days to return items that are unused and unopened.
Please email us at hello@niconma.com with your reason for the return before sending the item back.
Once we receive the item and confirm it meets our return terms, we will issue a full refund. If you receive a faulty item, please provide proof within 2 working days; the fault must occur within the first 30 days, and returns for faulty items will be at our discretion.
